to record the pitch speed at the moment
the ball is released. Upon impact, the
LCD indicator displays the speed, up to
120 MPH! Baseball and Softball models.

 
  Technology Helps Improve Your Technique
The unique patent pending technology, called "GripSense(tm)" begins to record once the ball leaves your hand. By evaluating the speed of the ball, you can learn to improve your pitching technique and increase your speed.
To program the ball, press the start button and scroll through the programmed pitching distances.
 
  Release the start button when the desired distance is displayed. Press and release the start button once more to activate the ball. Use the enclosed string to measure the distance to be thrown and then set the distance on the ball. Eight baseball distances in feet include 20, 30, 40, 46, 50, 60.5, 70 and 80 ft. Three softball distances include 40, 43 and 46 ft.

Baseball and softball players can train at several different distances. Be sure that the distance thrown is the actual distance programmed into the ball! This ball is designed for training. The Speed Sensor(tm) is used to improve pitching technique and speed. It is of standard size, shape, and weight. Patent pending in US, Taiwan, Japan and China). This ball measures in feet and miles per hour (mph). Warning: The Speed Sensor(tm) contains delicate electronic circuitry. Do not hit with a bat or throw against any hard surface. Do not expose to water or extreme humidity. This will damage the ball.
