1) Firmly place the toe plate at toe of shoe.
2) Align the holes of the toe plate with the last two lace eyelets at top of shoe and string laces through the holes.
3) With an awl or sharp object, start a hole for the nails at the bottom of shoe.
4) Use enough brass nails to ensure a firm fit. Make sure all brass nails are flush with the toe plate and don't protrude into the inside of the shoe.
May not fit all styles of shoes. Right plate for right handed pitchers, left plate for left handed pitchers.

totes Electric Vacuum Machine
The totes Electric Vacuum Machine is shipped partially disassembled. Please refer to the directions below for proper assembly. A Philips screwdriver is the only tool you will need. If you are attaching the totes Ball inflator accessory, 1ACU, sold separately, remove the orange cap from the front of the motor and screw valve in. (The valve and hose for the vacuum machine are attached to the back of the motor, and do not have to be removed for proper inflation.)

To install the totes SuperGrip on the bat handles, refer to the instructions in the next section.

A. Attach plastic hose to the brass valve.	B. Remove orange cap from back of motor. Screw valve into motor.


C. Thread hose through bottom of platform base.	D. Screw elbow shaped valve into bottom of cylinder.	E. Tighten four screws to secure cylinder to base.

totes SuperGrip Installation Instructions

These items are necessary for installation, and are included in every totes SuperGrip box of 36.
Tape For taping edges of grips to bat.
Inserts 11" clear plastic thin tube that is inserted into the main cylinder.
Wrap Flexible, thin curved 11" sheet plastic sleeve that wraps around grips before inserting grips into main cylinder.


1. Put the clear plastic insert into cylinder.	2. Loosen SuperGrip by stretching it twice its length, until rubber stretches easily.	3. Wrap plastic sleeve around grip. Place bottom of plastic sleeve on ring grip.	4. Drop funnel grip into cylinder, and wrap funnel cup over lip of cylinder.


5. Turn switch on. Slide knurled collar, as shown,until vacuum causes grip to hug the cylinder wall from top to bottom. (If grip does not open, turn switch off and repeat steps 1, 2, and 3.)	6. As vacuum begins, place four fingers inside grip as shown, and press against cylinder to assist grip to open.	7. Slide the bat handle down to the bottom of the cylinder.	8. Slide knurled collar back to release the vacuum. The grip now hugs the bat.


9. Lift edges of grip off cylinder. Remove bat. Remove plastic retainer sleeve.	10. Cut funnel from top of grip with sharp knife or scissors.	11. Tape the top of the bat grip to the bat, using the tape included.	12. Cut off excess grip to expose a bat knob. Cut just below grip’s lower ring, then roll grip up bat 5", then down again so it butts against top of knob. The tape bottom of grip to bat.
